Chef Winson heads up our dim-sum & noodle bar section, including the making of our signature truffle mushroom bun, pork sliders and more. With over 9 years working experience in the hospitality industry, Winson worked in a number of international hotels and resorts group before joining us.
Benjamin has over 20 years’ experience in food & beverage industry. Having single-handedly created and opened a number of eateries in Hong Kong, Benjamin latest creation is Social Place, a contemporary Chinese eatery with a unique twist. Educated in Switzerland and United Kingdom, graduated with first class honours in Catering, Hospitality & Tourism.
